July news! June 30, 2007Posted by ClustrMaps Team in News.
Well, June 2007 is just ending as we write this… the iPhone has been launched to much frenzy, and as far as we can tell will be coming to Europe with 3G capabilities, and undoubtedly even more frenzy!
ClustrMaps ‘traction’ continues to grow, to our delight. We have a few nice treats up our sleeve, which we’ll be telling you about over the coming weeks, notably in terms of efficiency and scalability but also in terms of some long-requested user features, such as mouse-rollovers and the look of the maps. Stay tuned!
July 1st-8th email reply alert: we’ve got a lot of things to deal with right now (all good!), and just wanted to tell people that during the very first week of July our world-famous personal customer support (fast turnaround 7 days a week, even for non-paying users, plus friendly/courteous service for all and 100% no-questions-asked refunds for paying users in the rare case of any misunderstanding or unhappiness) will be pausing a little for breath while we attend to other things, maybe even get some sleep, read a book, or go for a swim. Therefore, we’ll be operating with reduced coverage during this period. Who knows, you may even have to wait for several days to get a reply, but have no fear: we will be back in full force from the second week of July onwards.
We believe that people like ClustrMaps because all users get treated with respect, and why not: after all, we are consumers of other products ourselves, and we like it when we get treated with respect! Oh, and everyone also likes the fact that ClustrMaps truly rocks! We remain grateful for all your support – tell your friends, and help keep us the greatest geographical hit counter widget on the planet!
